EVENT OPERATIONS LEAD

OVERVIEW: The YOM Event Team is an essential part of our mission to bring joy to our communities through ice cream and the Event Operations Lead is the foundation of our team. This is a fast-paced detail-oriented support role focusing on the execution of community events, including preparation, transportation, and customer engagement.

  • Full-time: Thursday – Sunday, Monday – Wednesday as needed
  • Compensation: $16-20/hr + tips (~$5-10/hr for events)
  • Location: greater Metro Atlanta area, indoor/outdoor, primarily at farmers markets, festivals, and conventions
