PRODUCTION TEAM
OVERVIEW: Production Team members focus on producing the premium custard ice cream that YOM is known for. Production Team members with attention to detail and a focus on food safety and following process controls while meeting quality control standards excel at this position. Our ideal candidate thrives in a self-motivated, fast-paced team environment. There is great growth potential for the right candidates.
- Full-time + Part-time available
- Compensation: $14-16/hr
- Location: greater Atlanta area
EVENT TEAM
OVERVIEW: At YOM we spark joy in our communities though ice cream and our Event Team is an essential part of this mission. If you are an energetic and fun-loving individual we’d love to have you on the Team! Event Team members connect with and distribute ice cream to customers and are responsible for the prep, set up, and break down of event materials.
- Full-time + Part-time Available
- Compensation: $14-18/hr + tips (~$5-10/hr for events)
- Location: greater Metro Atlanta area, indoor/outdoor, primarily at farmers markets, festivals, and conventions
- Reliable work with flexible scheduling
