JOB OVERVIEW

Production Team members focus on producing the premium custard ice cream that YOM is known for. Production Team members with attention to detail and a focus on food safety and following process controls while meeting quality control standards excel at this position. Our ideal candidate thrives in a self-motivated, fast-paced team environment. There is great growth potential for the right candidates.

Duties include, but are not limited to;
  • Preparing packaging and raw ingredients
  • Learning and executing process for producing ice cream
  • Producing and churning ice cream
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Operating production equipment 
  • Following quality control procedures

CORE CHARACTERISTICS

  • Full-time + Part-time Available
  • Compensation: $14-16/hr
  • Location: Greater Atlanta, GA

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • Ability to multitask and to work in a fast paced team environment
  • Maintain strict, high level sanitation and safety standards
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs 
  • Ability to stand for an entire 8-10 hour shift
